4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

6. Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with a new one. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
